At Timekettle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your translation device; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Securely pack your Timekettle device, including all original accessories, manuals, and cables, into the original product box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
